Consent
 
A consent form is required to be completed for all cosmetic tattooing, eyelash extension, and Philings micro-needling services. This will be sent to you electronically before your booking is confirmed. Please note, customers who have already completed a previous paper-based consent form may be asked to complete it again as we update our records. We appreciate your cooperation.

 
Deposits
 
We are now taking deposits for all of our Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) and Eyelash Extension services. Please refer to our Policy for more details. Your card will be charged $100 when making appointments for all SPMU services and between $50-100 for eyelash extensions dependent on the style.
Each booking will be reviewed and manually accepted or declined by us. Please note, when you have made an appointment online, it does not mean that your booking is accepted until it's confirmed by us. You will receive a booking confirmation from us.
 
We only refund you if your appointment is declined. We will try to refund you as soon as possible but please be aware that it will take up to 5-10 days for the refund to show up in your account.
