Covid-19 Update

Wellington Region re-enters Alert Level 2 From Midday Wednesday 12 August Until Midnight Friday 14 August.

Dear our valued customers,

Following the announcement of the Prime Minister yesterday, we will re-enter Alert Level 2 from midday today and the Auckland region into Level 3. Fabulash Brows will reinstate appropriate health and safety protocols in our stores and our supply activities. These measures will immediately apply to our staff and we also expect our customers to follow.

• stay home if you are unwell

• keep social distance with other people

• sanitise hands regularly

• sneeze and cough into your elbow

• keep a track of where you’ve been and who you’ve seen

• wear a mask if you can

• nominate one person to do the shopping (enter our store)

Until further notice, we are still open as usual for customers, students and couriers. You can expect to see increased sanitisation and safety measures when visiting us from today, Wednesday 12 August until midnight Friday 14 August but this may be extended following the announcement from the Government over the upcoming days. Please don’t feel offended if our staff remind you of these measures.

While being in Alert level 2, our policy of rescheduling, cancelation and refund remains the same. If you want to cancel your appointment, deposit is not refundable unless you are diagnosed with corona virus. We are accepting rescheduled appointments as usual.

In recognition of the fact that the Auckland region is in Alert level 3 until midnight Friday 14 August, our service and training activities outside of that time will have to wait further instructions from the Prime Minister to confirm to continue or postpone/cancel. We will keep you posted in later updates.
